We offer evening dress sales, rentals, and fully customized tailoring services. These products are specially designed and tailored, single-use or personalized.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15 of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

• Goods prepared according to the consumer’s requests or personal needs (e.g., custom-made dresses)
• Products that can spoil quickly or have expiration dates
• Single-use products not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (e.g., dress rentals)

Therefore, we do not accept returns for the products we provide. However, to support our customers, we offer only exchange options.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchange requests must be notified within 24 hours of product delivery.
• The product must be unused and in a resellable/rentable condition.
• Exchanges are not available for custom-made products.

Validity of the Agreement

The customer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement upon placing an order.
